Graduates:

As we change over to Semesters, and enter the final quarter at OU, I want
to remind everyone of just a few things:

   - The Deadlines for summer quarter and next year are available on our
   website:

*AY 11-12*:

   - The Summer Early filer deadline next Wednesday is for *final *documents.
   If content changes are required after 10 a.m. Wednesday, the student cannot
   possibly complete the process before noon June 15.
   - Fall semester begins a deadline schedule in which there is a *firm,
   final deadline* for the Oral defense, Final format review and File
   closure. This is a change from the only firm deadline being the Final
   format review. Please understand that these deadlines cannot have
   exceptions and encourage students and committees to plan accordingly.
