1. Instructional Designer

Boston, Massachusetts
Ready to join a company that is transforming the retail industry by changing
the way they run their business.   You will create highly video-based
training to improve the way retail employees perform their work, interpret
client's needs into solutions that leverages Yacobian's solution, create
customized curriculum, partner with internal design coworkers, internal
technology teams, & client teams to deliver results.  We are located in
Maynard MA but plan on moving our offices to Boston in 2011.

2. Senior Account Executive

Chicago, Illinois
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive in the Chicago
Area. This individual will sell our corporate education and communication
solutions to local, national and multi-national businesses as part of our
IL, WI, and MN Regions.  The successful candidate must have demonstrated
success selling to senior Human Resource, Marketing, Internal
Communications, and/or Finance executives. S/he will be directly responsible
for all phases of the business development process from prospecting to
long-term account relationships.

3. Senior Account Executive,

Southeast/Southwest Region, Can Vary
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive. This individual
will sell our corporate education and communication solutions to local,
national and multi-national businesses as part of our Southeast/Southwest
Regions.  The successful candidate must have demonstrated success selling to
senior Human Resource, Marketing, Internal Communications, and/or Finance
executives. S/he will be directly responsible for all phases of the business
development process from prospecting to long-term account relationships.

4. Instructional Designer and Support Specialist (IDSS)

Minneapolis, Minnesota
With the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team, the IDSS will develop and
implement processes and procedures for supporting sounding instructional
technologies, both those developed/maintained by central OIT and those
developed/maintained by the College of Liberal Arts (CLA). With the TEL
team, the IDSS will be responsible for training and direct management of a
team of undergraduate students. The IDSS will serve as a key connector
within the TEL Team. The IDSS will play a significant role in advancing
E-Learning within the CLA.
