2. Senior Analyst, Team Member Services (HR) Systems Training

Austin, TX
The Senior Analyst, TMS Systems Training, will facilitate user adoption of
TMS-related technical systems (e.g., Learning Management System (LMS),
WordPress, MS SharePoint, Kronos/time-keeping system, Concur/expense
management system, etc.) through the identification of potential risks and
barriers to system adoption and the development or appropriate strategies
to overcome these risks/barriers. The ideal candidate should have
experience working with SMEs to create training programs and be well-versed
in instructional design or methodology.

ISD will work on federal government projects and be required to design and
develop paper-based and computer-based formats, using Instructional Systems

to translate them into appropriate training formats, possess the ability to
use a formal structured approach to design and develop training materials
in various formats.

Purpose & Scope:   To design, plan and implement an innovative, result
oriented and category leading curriculum that leads to classroom,
e-learning and experiential learning for National Sales Directors,

Managers and Sales Management Development Candidates. This includes the
facilitation of programs, presentation of material, vendor management and
administration of the entire learning process.
