1. Instructional Design and Development Specialist

Norfolk, Virginia
The position will be responsible for the design and development of training
programs that increase job knowledge, develop skills, and influence
behavior. The IDD Specialist will design/develop modules utilizing a variety
of delivery methods, primarily instructor-led, but also using on-line or
web-based techniques. The Designer will be a key participant in our efforts
to continuously improve and enhance the existing programs.   Position
Requirements:Requires Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of directly related
experience.

2. Training Coordinator

Madison, Wisconsin
UW-Madison is recruiting for a Training Coordinator to provide optimum
coordination of training services for Human Resources System (HRS), the
University of Wisconsin System's human resources/payroll/benefits system
utilizing Oracle's PeopleSoft Human Capital Management software.  The
position will collaborate with various business partners for training
services, which is vital to the implementation and ongoing support of HRS.
