The senior instructional designer will participate in all aspect of the
analysis, design, development, and evaluation of both Web based, and serious
games instructional products.  The senior ID leads in building the vision

problem centered instructional models.

2. Instructional Designer - #1013

Lakewood, Washington
The Instructional Designer provides leadership, training and one-on-one
support for district faculty in their efforts to enhance teaching and
learning with technologies in all types of courses and all modes of
delivery.  The Instructional Designer is responsible for a district-wide
program that applies instructional design principles, oversees professional
development budget expenditures, and assesses the instructional design

3. Manager Learning & Development-Learning Consultant

This consulting role is responsible for working with the manager community
and HR professionals to identify and understand learning and development

Plan and is expected to work with the manager community (i.e., Manager
through VP) to integrate them into the learning process.
