1. Senior Instructional Designer
The senior instructional designer will participate in all aspect of the
analysis, design, development, and evaluation of both Web based, and serious
games instructional products. The senior ID leads in building the vision
for the product based on customer needs and what we know are effective
problem centered instructional models.
2. Instructional Designer - #1013
The Instructional Designer provides leadership, training and one-on-one
support for district faculty in their efforts to enhance teaching and
learning with technologies in all types of courses and all modes of
delivery. The Instructional Designer is responsible for a district-wide
program that applies instructional design principles, oversees professional
development budget expenditures, and assesses the instructional design
activities. Salary: $61,000 Details at
3. Manager Learning & Development-Learning Consultant
Various, Florida or Virginia
This consulting role is responsible for working with the manager community
and HR professionals to identify and understand learning and development
needs and delivering programs to meet those needs (through vendors or
internal design). The consultant will execute against an annual Development
Plan and is expected to work with the manager community (i.e., Manager
through VP) to integrate them into the learning process.
4. eLearning Designer
Virginia's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) serves a customer base of
approximately 5.6 million licensed drivers and has more daily face-to-face
contact with Virginia's citizens than any other state agency. This position
provides an exciting opportunity to elevate customer service in this high
profile agency by developing innovative eLearning with audio, video, and
animation. Help train our employees to exceed our customer's expectations
and improve safety on Virginia's roads.
