[Itech] Fall class dates for the MED in Computer Education and Technology (Friday and Saturday - Online Cohort)

Hello MED Computer Education and Technology Graduates,

Please share the following with new graduate students you may meet or with
others that do not seem to be on the listserv.  Please bring your laptop to
each class as you will need access to the internet during the class.  It is
suggested that to be successful in the CET program, you will need a laptop
with at least 2 GB RAM, a hard drive, USB drive and high speed internet
access. Software for the EDCT 501 is primarily Open Source.  If you do not
own MS Office, you can purchase it from OU for a reduced cost or you may use
Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/) which is a free download from the
Web.

You should know your email ID and Login as well as your PID when you come to
the first class.  I will be available in the mornings (9-11) the first week
before classes begin and can be reached by email (franklit at ohio.edu) or
phone: 740-593-4561 (office).

We send *ALL *messages by the OU Bobcat Email so if you use another email
such as Google, home email system or your school email, please be sure that
you have forwarded your OU Bobcat Email to your Google account, home or
school email.

EDCT 501 - Friday, September 10, 5:10 to 9:00 (Franklin) - Room 217 B

EDRE 501 - Saturday, September 11, 8:30 to 12:30 (Raffle) TBA but will be in
McCracken Hall

October:
EDCT 501 - Friday, October 8, 5:10 to 9:00 (Franklin)
EDRE 501 - Saturday, October 9, 8:30 to 12:30 (Raffle)

November:
EDCT 501 - Friday, November 12, 5:10 to 9:00 (Franklin)
EDRE 501 - Saturday, November 13, 8:30 to 12:30 (Raffle)
