1. Instructional Designer

Reporting to the Director of eLearning, the Instructional Designer provides
leadership, training and one-on-one support for district faculty in their
efforts to enhance teaching and learning with technologies in all types of
courses and all modes of delivery. The Instructional Designer is responsible
for a district-wide program of instructional design and related professional
development which includes allocation of resources and program results.

2. Software Engineer, Principal

Arlington, Virginia
Novonics Corporation is seeking highly motivated individuals to design and
develop software within the Naval Aviation Logistics Command/Management
Information System (NALCOMIS) project, in Norfolk, VA.  The selected
candidates will perform the following: · Write complex software code.  ·

& report software problems. Develop software trouble reports.  Debug &
validate fix.  · Employ industry best practices.

3. Training Specialist

lesson plans. Coordinate with branch chiefs and service representatives to

content, including but not limited to participant guides, quick reference
guides, and job aids.

4. Courseware Developer

Candidate will mix innovation and technical skills to design, build, and
support the technical aspects of learning solutions at the Disney
University. The developer is a seasoned web developer with 3-4 years
experience and has expert-level knowledge of HTML, ActionScript 3, 2,
JavaScript, and Flash CS4. Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Flex/Air, and
CSS. This is a collaborative role interacting with cross functional team.
