Join your colleagues at the 11th Annual AAMC Health Workforce Research Conference, the premier opportunity for researchers, educators, and policymakers to meet and discuss federal and state workforce issues. This year's theme, Transforming the Health Workforce: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly, highlights the challenges for policymakers and health care providers to create systems that support health quality and improve patient experience.

Key Highlights
This year's keynote address is presented by Health Affairs Editor-in-Chief Alan Weil, speaking on key research questions in health workforce policy. We also feature a plenary on innovations in meeting access challenges and a two-part plenary series exploring state responses to national signals on health care transformation and graduate medical education funding challenges. Additionally, 12 breakout panels will feature research findings from more than 40 researchers across the spectrum of health workforce issues.
