HI Fellows and List Serve members:  The Library of Congress web site, Thomas, (http://thomas.loc.gov/ ) is offering a new service for the 111th Congress.

Users can now look up new legislation by topic.  Click on What's new for the 111th Congress<http://thomas.loc.gov/home/whatsnew111.html>, then click on Subject Terms.  Choose a subject of interest (there are nine cross referenced subtopics under Health (127 health-related bills to date):
