  Consultant sought to quantify and characterize the flows of used and
end-of-life computers and monitors in and from North America

*Montreal, 16 March 2012—*The Secretariat of the Commission for
Environmental Cooperation is currently requesting proposals for consulting
services to complete a study to quantify and characterize the flows of used
and end-of-life computers and monitors within North America and with
selected countries. The project will review and adapt a methodology devised
in an earlier phase of the study, aided by input from an extensive peer
review process and from government experts.

The deadline for submitting proposals has been extended to April 7, 2012.
