<u>support our staff by developing a residential and commercial real estate inventory</u> for Cleveland's Broadway-Slavic Village Neighborhood. This internship provides hands on exposure to working in the real estate environment within a community development
corporation. Responsibilities include: (1) Assisting staff in developing a real estate inventory within the BSV neighborhood; (2) Researching available properties, demographics, and neighborhood information; and (3) Developing and maintaining a property database.
Will likely be using ACS and Census Bureau data that I believe most of our students should be familiar with already! (***<i>Please note that this is an in-person position with a preferred start date of ASAP, so the position will not work for students on campus

working with the City of Cleveland's Healthy Homes Initiative to improve the City's housing stock and the quality of life of residents</u>. They will work cross-sector with the SVD team, the City of Cleveland's Community Engagement Manager, and Councilmembers
to (1) Determine which areas of the neighborhood have the most need; (2) Travel locally to conduct property condition surveys; (3) Provide technical assistance to homeowners, landlords, and tenants; (4) Deliver a minimum of four housing-related classes/forums
