</span></strong>whose duties are performed independently under the general direction of the Information Technology Director.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The GIS Project Manager position is a newly established position and the ideal candidate will will be expected to coordinate the City’s various GIS and mapping platforms throughout the City departments. Various GIS applications
and databases have been developed in multiple departments including the Zoning/Development, Engineering, Power and Underground Utilities Departments. This position will be responsible for the coordination and integration of the various GIS applications and
databases to ensure data is kept up to date and to allow the City to take full advantage of the information and data collected in the various systems. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
