Utah Remote Sensing Applications Lab</a> in the <a href="https://geog.utah.edu/" title="https://geog.utah.edu/">
Department of Geography at the University of Utah</a> is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow with expertise in Geospatial Analysis and Remote Sensing. The selected applicant will collaborate with lab members to develop geospatial methods for assessing wildfire risk
to communities and improving wildland firefighter safety. Depending on remote sensing expertise, the selected applicant may also have the opportunity to be involved in projects using airborne hyperspectral remote sensing data to test vegetation cover mapping
and greenhouse gas plume retrieval applications for a potential future satellite hyperspectral mission.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
