2022 Scholarship Competition

EnerGIS is offering a 2-year scholarship award for graduate or undergraduate students enrolled in a geospatial science program in the Appalachian region, home of EnerGIS Events.

The selected candidate shall receive a grant of $3,000 to assist with tuition and educational expenses.

This shall be a two-year grant, and upon a maintained QPA of at least a 3.0 a second $3,000 scholarship installment shall be granted, a $6,000 total award!

The board of EnerGIS Events would like to thank and acknowledge the final directors of the Geospatial Information and Technology Association N.A. (GITA)

EnerGIS Events was selected as the geospatial 501c3 non-profit to receive the final remaining assets of the recently dissolved association.

The EnerGIS board greatly appreciates the trust placed in us to carry on GITA's mission of promoting geospatial education, knowledge sharing, and of course GITA's long running scholarship program.
