Hi Jim,

Hope you are well. I wanted to pass along a volunteer opportunity (that comes with a small stipend) to you. It's a new program my non-profit is offering this year and provides a great teaching experience for university students. So many geography students have an interest in food (and I've ended up working with so many in my current position) that I thought some professors might want to pass this along to their students and/or to all geography majors. Just something extra to put on a resume. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any more information.
