This job helps small communities write source water protection plans for the Ohio EPA.  The position deals with a lot of complex environmental issues, intersecting water quality, development, politics, geology, and economics.  Many of the people in other states who have this job have graduate degrees in geography, geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, natural resources, or public administration. The job is a great opportunity because the person can really customize it to fit their own interests and strengths as long as the core requirements are met.
