Allyson Beam and Andy Whal, the co-presidents of Gamma Iota Sigma last year, are coming back to share their experiences as actuaries after one year out of college. They will cover general duties of actuaries, a typical day for them, and exam prep and company support. Allyson Beam is from Genworth Financial in Richmond, VA and Andy Whal is with Great American in Cincinnati, OH, so there will be two different perspectives from people in your seats just a year ago. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Come out on Thursday for a brief look into your future as an actuary.
