Sorry about the late response, but hopefully this email is helpful. I sent  a list around the room a couple of weeks ago when I was at the FACES meeting. I have already registered everyone that signed that list including you. Athens Beautification Day will take place on Sunday April 13, 2014 at 12:30 PM-4:00 PM. I will meet everyone at the Top of Baker at 12:15 and we can all walk over together and get signed in. We will then be given a project and that can vary from picking up trash to pulling weeds out of a garden. In the past years FACES has been assigned to picking up trash, but it was actually very fun since we had great people to work with. After we complete our service there will be a free meal and free entertainment following.


Most people will grab something to eat and we would all sit together and watch the performances until we are ready to go home. I do know some people left as soon as we got done volunteering. Anyone can stay as long as they would like and leave whenever after the service is complete. If forms need to be signed I will contact Stephanie Sanders and give her a list of people that participated, and she will sign the form if your name is on that list. I hope all this is helpful and let me know if you need anything else.
