[Emeritiassoc] Emeriti Luncheon Schedule for Tomorrow

Dear Emeriti,

I have been in contact with President Gonzalez's office and the OU Inn and we have come up with a solution which will get her back on campus by 12 noon and her speaking not conflicting with serving the lunch.

We are going to flip the schedule and have President Gonzalez speak before the lunch is served.

I will introduce President Gonzalez at 11:30am for her to give her remarks. She plans to speak for about 5-10 min and will take a few questions but she needs to leave the Inn by 11:45am. So if you want to hear her remarks you need to be in the ballroom by 11:30am.

Lunch will be served after she speaks.

After the lunch I will introduce the new Emeriti for 2025 and I have a few comments before we adjourn.
