[Emeritiassoc] Dairy Barn Quilt National Volunteering

Dear Emeriti Colleagues and Friends,

I hope you are all well.

I have been contacted by The Dairy Barn Art Center about Emeriti Association members volunteering to help with the Quilt National Exhibit coming to the Dairy Barn this summer, May 27th through August 29th. Quilt National is one of the most visited exhibits hosted by the Dairy Barn.

The Dairy Barn needs Emeriti volunteers each Wednesday afternoon during the exhibit to man the Exhibit Reception Desk. Duties would include welcoming/signing in visitors and answering questions. It's really not a lot of work and fun to meet the visitors. The Emeriti Association has helped in the past providing volunteers. The exhibit comes to the Dairy Barn every other summer.

Several of you have indicated your interest by signing up during one of our last two luncheons. Thank you, I appreciate this, but I would like to get a few more volunteers if I could.

If you are interested and available to volunteer over the summer to help with the exhibit, please let me know by answering this e-mail or you can e-mail be directly at tuck at ohio.edu

Also, if you are interested, please let me know of any dates in which you would not be available.

If you have signed up at one of the luncheons, no need to answer, as I already have you on the volunteer list.
