[Emeritiassoc] March Emeriti Luncheon

Dear Emeriti Association Members,

The March Emeriti Luncheon will be held on March 20th at the OU Inn second floor ballroom. Lunch begins at 11:30am, $25 per person, please pay by check or exact cash, program begins around 12 noon.

The menu will be a plated meal of Chicken Parmesan, Pasta, Green Beans and Salad. Coffee, Tea and Water for Beverages.

The program will be a presentation by a representative from Paper Circle in Nelsonville. In 1980, Sara Gilfert, of Paper Circle, accompanied her husband Jim on a three-month trip to Japan, where he taught at Chubu University. There she met and was then invited to apprentice with the renowned paper artist Kazuhiko Ando. Sara learned the art of Japanese hand paper making and fell in love. In 2003, Paper Circle was incorporated as a non-profit arts organization with the mission of the preservation, advancement and celebration of the paper and book arts.
