[Emeritiassoc] [External] January Emeriti luncheon reservation reminder

Reservation reminder: The next Emeriti luncheon is scheduled for Thursday, January 18 at 11:30 AM at the Athens Country Club. The cost is $23 per person. Please have exact change or a check made payable to the OU Emeriti Association.  The deadline for reservations is this Thursday, January 11 at noon at which time the reservation count will be called in. If you haven't already done so, email Tom Franz at <franz at ohio.edu<mailto:franz at ohio.edu>> with your luncheon reservation(s).

The luncheon will be served buffet style and the menu will be:

    • Sliced beef flank steak with mushroom/red wine gravy

   • Sliced Roasted Red potatoes
   • Green vegetable (broccoli or green beans)

As noted in the Emeriti Notes issue for January 2024, sent previously and also available at <https://www.ohio.edu/emeriti/news>, the speaker for the meeting will be Professor of History Emeritus Steven Miner on the topic of the Russia - Ukraine War.
