Lunch reservation reminder:  This month's Emeriti luncheon is scheduled for next week Thursday, February 17.  If you haven't already done so, email Tom Franz at <franz at ohio.edu<mailto:franz at ohio.edu>> with your luncheon reservation.
The menu will be:
--Meatloaf
--Southern Green Beans
--Mashed Sweet Potatoes
--Rolls & Butter
--Assorted Desserts
Lunch will be by plated service, brought to you at your table.

The deadline for reservations is Monday the 14th at noon at which time the reservation count will be called in to the OU Inn.  If a vegetarian dish is desired, please let Tom know.

Although the meeting is listed as starting at 11:30AM, individual plated service typically begins shortly after 11 AM.  The cost is $18. Please have exact change or a check made payable to the OU Emeriti Association.

Zoom hybrid
As President Rosemary Rossiter has noted in a previous listserv message, we will be testing a Zoom session in coordination with the lunch meeting.  Keep in mind that we will still need the requisite minimum number of lunch participants for our contractual obligations with the OU Inn.  Details for the Zoom connection will be sent to the listserv next week.

The speaker will be Debbie Phillips, Chief Executive Officer of Rural Action. Further details can be found in the February issue of Emeriti Notes sent earlier, a copy of which can also be found under the News rubric of the Emeriti Website.
