[Emeritiassoc] Consitutional changes

I am writing to you to advise you of a few changes in the constitution
which have been approved by the Board and will be voted upon at our June
meeting.

  Article III, Section B Subsection c.lines 2 and 3 will read, "must be
reviewed by the Membership Committee and approved by the
Executive Board for Friend membership"
  Article IV, Section A, Subsection 1:  the last few words on lines 3 and 4
should read, "...of the Association and the Executive Board."
  Article IV, Section E, Subsection 3: "The Vice President for Alumni
Relations and Executive Director of the Ohio University Alumni Association"
  Article IV Section F, subsection 9:  the underlined words should be The
Website Committee
