Hi,

Ah, yes, Oct. 1.. the day of the government shutdown and the day to 
enroll in insurance programs for the Affordable Care Act, neither of 
which will affect most of the recipients of this newsletter.

So, sit back and enjoy the newsletter and forget all that other stuff... 
at least for the five minutes so it will take you to read it.

Also, if you are not on the "always attend" lunch list and plan on 
attending October's lunch, remember to let Ruth know (nostrant at ohio.edu).
