[Emeritiassoc] Emeriti Luncheons

Hi,

Did you know that Ruth and Dick must give an estimate of the number of 
emeriti attending our lunches five days before the lunch and that if the 
number is less than that we may end up paying for these lunches anyway?

Remember, if you are on the "always come" list and find you cannot 
attend, let Ruth know (593-5194).
And, if you are not on the "always come" list and want to attend, again 
let Ruth know.

We need as accurate count as possible for each lunch.
