Bill Coffee asked that I forward the attached message.  It is in publisher 
format so many of you may be unable to open it.  Even though I could open 
it, a window first appeared that I have not seen before, but I told it OK 
and it worked.  I've asked Bill to send a copy of the text in Word or to 
convert the file to .pdf which almost all should be able to open.
