<p class="MsoNormal">Before the break, you were asked to complete the Doctoral Milestone Update - Committee Creation, in short, Milestone 6 form, for all students with committees to declare them. Currently, only 13 out of 43 PhD students (30%) completed the
registration. While many students are not to the committee creation stage, many students with committees have not formalized their committees in the new Milestone system - which will cause them delays as they try to schedule defenses (proposal or dissertation).
