[Eecs_phd] Annual Compliance Training for OHIO employees

Dear All,


All EECS graduates with TA, RA and RA fellowship appointments are Graduate Student Employees with a stipend that includes a service work component (such as teaching, research, or administrative duties) are classified as student employees and must complete applicable compliance training under Policy 40.130<https://www.ohio.edu/policy/40-130>.

Each module takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.



Please complete all four modules by November 15, 2026.



If you have completed one or more of these training modules within the last six months in another platform (such as Vector), you will be exempt from taking that specific module in Canvas.

Failure to complete the training by the designated ate may result in canceling the current and/or future graduate appointment.
