[Eecs_phd] 2026 EECS Retreat Gard Students Poster Session

Dear EECS Grad Students,

We will have research poster session during the incoming EECS retreat at the Hocking Hills lodge on Friday 10/09/26. This year we would like to accommodate up to 15 posters presented by the EECS grads. All graduate students who made progress on research, published paper, or presented at conference in AY 2025/2026 are welcome to apply. Participation of the students receiving any fellowships in AY 2026-2027 is mandatory. The School will review all submitted requests and nominates the students for poster presentations. EECS will print the selected posters if the format is close to size 40 X 60.
Please submit a short description of the presentation including presentation title, brief research description, research funding info (RA/sponsor, GAANN, SRA etc.), info about presented research publicity (published paper, conference presentation, recognition etc.).

EECS faculty, please encourage your grad students to submit posters. There will be cash awards for the 1st and two 2nd posters. Students must apply to jadwisie at ohio.edu<mailto:jadwisie at ohio.edu> by Wednesday 09/11 EBD. Thanks.
