[Eecs_phd] UPDATED: Ohio University Genomics Facility 10 Year Anniversary Open House

The Genomics Facility will be hosting an Open House to celebrate its 10th Anniversary! It will be held April 13 from 3:30 to 5:00. So put it on your calendar! Refreshments and cupcakes will be served in the 5th floor lobby at 3:30. Remarks from Dr. Joe Shields, VPR, Dr. Morgan Vis, PBIO Department Chair, and Dr. Bill Broach, Genomics Facility Director, will be made at 3:45 in the 5th floor lobby by the food and refreshments. In addition, Dr. Wyatt and Dr. Vis have provided DNA games and activities that will be taking place in the 5th floor lobby and hallway.

The Genomics Facility will be open for tours; there will be information on the current equipment of the OUGF, and projections on the future equipment of the facility. Dr. Broach and Rachel will both be in the lab after the remarks to answer any questions. Finally, there will be a raffle for prizes at 5:00, but you must be present to win!
