[Eecs_msee] Free quantum computing hackathon, Nov 6-13

My name is Rishivarshil, and I'm with The Quantum Club at The Ohio State University. We're hosting Qiskit Fall Fest 2026, a free quantum computing hackathon, from November 6 to 13, and I'm writing to ask whether you would be willing to share it with students in the Department of Engineering at Ohio University.
Here is the schedule:

  *   Kickoff, Friday, Nov 6 at 5 PM (PRB 1080): guest talk by IBM Quantum and a hands-on Qiskit workshop

  *   Build Week, Nov 7-12: students build projects with their teams, with office hours all week

  *   Finale, Friday, Nov 13 at 5 PM: project presentations, judging, and prizes
Qiskit is a Python framework, so students who already code can start building quantum algorithms right away, and the hackathon is a chance to add a quantum project to their portfolios. Attendance is free; no prior to quantum experience is needed, and every major is welcome. The Kickoff and Finale days are in person, but the build week is remote.
