<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ligatures:none">Dr. Trevor Bihl is a senior research engineer and program manager at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate, Dayton, Ohio. In this role, he leads a diverse portfolio of both extramural and
intramural R&D efforts in algorithms, autonomous systems, edge intelligent devices, and artificial intelligence. He also holds faculty appointments at Marshall University, Shawnee State University, and Wright State University. He has a PhD in Electrical
Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. He is a senior member of IEEE and a senior member and former board member of INFORMS, the Institute for Operations Research and
the Management Sciences. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
