[Eecs_mscs] OCWIC 2023 Call for Participation

Dear OCWIC 2023 Academic Sponsors,



Thank you again for your support of OCWIC 2023. As fall semester begins, I want to bring to your attention the "call for participation" that now has been posted on the ocwic.org website. Your students, as well as faculty members who may attend, have the opportunity to submit materials for various components of the conference, including presentations, posters (student presenters only), workshops, and birds-of-a-feather sessions. Participating in this way will allow them to get even more out of their attendance.

The submission deadline is November 20, 2022 (Sunday prior to Thanksgiving).



Submittals will be reviewed, and our program chair, Lisa Pierson, is looking for reviewers. Attached is information for persons who would like to help by reviewing submittals. Reviewers need not commit to attending the conference to do this work.



Please bring this information to the attention of your female students and faculty, and appropriate student groups. Later in fall, we will have information about registration for the conference.
