[Eecs_mscs] TA/GA application for spring 2021

Hello,

I am asking all graduate students who would like be considered for TA/GA appointments in spring 2021 for completing appropriate form attached and returning back to jadwisie at ohio.edu<mailto:jadwisie at ohio.edu> by December 11, 2020 at 5 PM. The forms must be completed entirely and received by designated deadline. Incomplete or submitted late forms will not be considered.

Graduate students experiencing delay in making progress or completing graduate programs for various reasons and who don't adhere to the expected timeline described in relevant Guidelines available at https://www.ohio.edu/engineering/eecs/academics/graduaterun shall contact the Graduate Chair prior requesting TA/GA appointments in spring 2021.
