ITEM #1 - ADVISING for FALL<br>
We have created an advising survey via Qualtrics to fully communicate with your advisor during advising week about your advising needs.
<br>
The survey will ask you a couple of questions about your plans and what your advising needs are.<br>
Upon completion, the survey triggers an email that will get sent to the advisor, the student, and Tiffany Hunter (for archival purposes). The email will come from “David Juedes <<a href="mailto:noreply@qualtrics-research.com">noreply@qualtrics-research.com</a>>”.<br>
To get access to the survey you must copy and paste in your browser the following url:<br>

At that point you will be asked to enter your OU email password.<br>

The survey requires that the student selects their advisor name and email address. (This version only lists EE/CpE advisors.)<br>

ITEM #2.<br>
The S-Grade.<br>
At the end of the semester you will find out what your final class grade will be.<br>
At that point you will have the right to turn that grade into an S. The S grade does not affect the GPA. Some courses are protected ( EE 2104 EE 2123 CS 2401 ) and you will not be able to do this.
