Job Title:             Advanced RV - Engineering Manager
Reports to:         President and CEO

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of innovative new RV systems to maintain Advanced-RV's technical leadership position in the RV market. Including:


1.       Developing new electrical and mechanical systems as both proprietary innovations and in partnership with key suppliers.

2.       Manage fast moving changes to the product offering by establishing and managing a engineering change process and documentation.

3.       Identify new component vendors and integrate their offerings into our product line.

4.       Establish and manage a quality assurance program for the product line.

5.       Manage the technical relationship with all suppliers.


Job Requirements:

1.       A degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is desired but not absolutely required.

2.       Strong understanding of developing and diagnostic testing of mechanical and electrical systems.

3.       Since all of our coaches are customized for individual clients, the candidate will interact with clients and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.       Must be able to led a loosely defined team where members don't directly report to you and have other responsibilities.

5.       Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities.

6.       Currently know of, or willing to learn, business principles including profit and loss and allocation of resources.

7.       Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

8.       Expert proficiency with Solidworks and AutoCAD
