<p style="background:white"><span style="color:#242424">Description: </span><span style="color:black;background:white">Though open to all Russ majors, this discussion-based course is ideal for female-identifying students in their first year of a Russ College
major. We will focus on developing a sense of belonging and community as members of the college. Students will explore identity and identify leadership traits, ultimately communicating with confidence how to leverage their skills and attributes in a professional
setting.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
