[Eecs_bscs] EECS Student Survey-please fill out by October 9

The EECS Student Ambassadors would like to request that you fill out this survey at this direct link<https://forms.office.com/r/hJdHXFAjt5>.  The results of the survey will be presented by them to the Faculty and Advisory Board Members at the EECS Retreat on October 10th.

QR code attached that connects to the survey along with the flyer.  The EECS Student Ambassadors made a fun incentive, they decided to add this year in hopes of receiving more responses, is a $20 gift card to one winning student! The surveys will remain anonymous to faculty and only those students who would like entered in the drawing are required to provide their OU email.
