Emerson in Sidney, OH is currently hiring for multiple co-op students fall semester.



Our location in Sidney, OH serves as headquarters for compressor manufacturing.  As a leader in the HVACR industry, we are constantly looking to meet our customer needs and drive innovation toward environmentally safe refrigerants.  The Sidney, OH location has a very large Co-op Program, which opens an average of 150 positions for students each year.  Nearly 50 students join us each Spring, Summer, and Fall semester to further their education and gain real-world experience prior to entering the workforce upon graduation.

            Basic Requirements for each of the positions include pursuing a bachelor's degree in a field related to the position, a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, and having the ability to work the required schedule during the term (typically a 40 hour work week).



            All of our positions are paid and students are offered to enroll in our insurance and 401K offerings.  We have an onsite fitness center, cafeteria, and company store and will be kicking off a renovation this July.
