- Hands-on IT experience gained through labs, internships, or jobs
- Strong customer service skills
- Can you clearly articulate your future IT career goals
- Associates or Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, MIS.

DELIVERABLES
- Entry-level position in the IT Service Desk
- 100% supports end users with IT related problems and issues
- Follows processes and established standards to resolve routine and newly documented issues.
- Troubleshoots solutions
- Good customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

- previous call center experience in a technical role is a bonus.
- strong customer service skills in a technical environment.
- related work experience in a technical field, which could include assisting end users with hardware and software related problems is a bonus.

Ideal Candidate:
Education BA or BS in technical discipline (e.g. MIS, CS, Network Engineering, etc.)
Certifications HDI or Cisco (HDI - Help Desk Institute, a professional organization for those working in the IT Service Management industry.)
Technical Experience: Hands-on and phone-based technical support experience in professional environment.
Customer Service: Phoned-based technical support experience
