Please arrive at the track by 10:30 to sign in and get your shirt then report to your station (Unless you have made other arrangements based on your location) If you are at a remote site (not at the track) you should work to keep your area clean. After the last runner has passed you, you should return to the track to assist with clean up. This should go very quickly if everyone helps. </div>
<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.666666984558105px">We may have to make adjustments in placements based on the numbers of volunteers we have at the time of the race. We appreciate your flexibility/willingness to change assignments if it becomes necessary throughout the event. It is important that as a volunteer you understand that you are to stay at your assigned location until a replacement has arrived. If you cannot complete your entire shift please let us know that so we can assign a volunteer to cover.<br>
<b>Reminder: </b> Be a Prepared Volunteer! Pay attention to the weather. You may want to have a chair in your car in case you are assigned a job along the course, some water, umbrella, jackets, blankets, snacks etc… </div>
