Hey everyone,


My name is Ari Blumer, I'm the on the Executive Board of the AEPi Fraternity. I'm emailing all of you presidents of Greek-affiliated organizations asking for your help in spreading the word about voting for a competition my band is involved in. My band's name is Clubhouse, and we're a local indie-pop band. We have 4 out of 5 members that go to Ohio University, 3 of which are in Greek organizations. If you could please forward this email to your list serve/emails of your organizations members, asking them to vote, we would really appreciate the support from our fellow bobcats!


Here is the information:


We were selected by a Columbus radio station, CD102.5, as one of the ten semi-finalist bands for a spot on their Holiday Show at the LC Pavilion in Columbus, with the following bands: Silversun Pickups, Foals, Wolf Alice and Circa Waves. The ten semi-finalists get voted on through an online competition and the top three out of that go on to play a showcase at Skully's Music Diner in Columbus, where they pick one to play at the Holiday Show.


To vote, you must visit www.cd1025.com/local,<http://www.cd1025.com/local> scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on "Clubhouse" then vote. You will need to complete a quick registration (only need to fill out starred boxes). Then you should be able to go to the surveys section once you're logged in and fill out the holiday show ballot.


**** People seem to be having trouble doing it on their phones or on a Safari browser, so it may be better to advise anyone who is voting to use Google chrome or another browser and try to do it on their laptop if the phone is not working. **


Any help you could provide in sharing this information/getting people to vote would be very, very appreciated. I'm not sure why the radio station couldn't make it a bit easier for people to vote, but there's nothing we can do about that unfortunately.
