Hey Austin,

So here is the synopsis of what we would need you guys to do for us.

Background: We are the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, a regional community foundation based in Nelsonville and serving the 32 counties of Appalachian Ohio. A nonprofit, the Foundation creates opportunities for Appalachian Ohio's citizens and communities through philanthropic funds. Our goal is to turn generational poverty into generations of opportunity.  Next week we are planning on sending out our Annual Report, detailing some of the stories of our work last year to update donors, partners, and friends of the Foundation.  We are looking for volunteers to help us prepare the bulk mailing next week.

Here is the general info for the project:


*         Who: The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio

*         Where: 35 Public Square, Nelsonville, OH 45764

*         When: Wednesday January 28, 2015 & Thursday January 29, 2015

*         What: Need 10-20 volunteers

*         Time: one or more of three three-hour shifts: 9 AM - 12 PM & 1 PM - 4 PM Wednesday and 9 AM - 12 PM Thursday

*         Duties: Place reports in envelopes, seal, label, place in zip code order

*         Please respond by Midnight Sunday, January 25, 2015


Free on-street parking is available.  Some snacks will also be provided.
