[DU-L] Delta Upsilon Study Tables

Brothers,

I have come up with a new online form for submitting your study hours.  We are going to test it this week, and if things run smoothly, then we can continue to use it.

Study sheets will have to be submitted no later than 6:30pm on Sunday before Chapter.  Please make sure to read the instructions when submitting your hours.
