Gentlemen,

This is Joseph Garman, Philanthropy chair of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. I was just hopping that at your following IFC meeting you would address our Adopt-A-Family Christmas event again.

Our deadline to inform us whether a Fraternity would like to partake in our event is this Wednesday. With this event a Fraternities contribution would supply a families in need of gifts for Christmas.

The Fraternities contribution will be credited towards them, not Phi Kappa Psi.

Attached is a the handout that I supplied at your previous meeting incase anyone else needs one. We would appreciate if any Fraternity or organization would take part to make a difference with a family. And again I'd like to thank IFC for wanting to adopt a family as well.
