Dear Brothers,

It is our hope that we will have a large group go. Last year, those brothers who went to the Leadership Institute
were noticeably changed by their experiences. I believe, for whatever you might have to sacrifice for those few days
(time off work, time away from family, a small amount of money to cover additional meals), this experience will
long outlast any hardship.

I am grateful to Jim Krager and Steve Rowley as they are making it possible for me to attend as well. Like last year,
I think the national organization will be very impressed by our presence and commitment there.

I am attempting to reserve us a 12 passenger van - an expense that, like the others - will be covered by your educational
fund. This way, you all don't have to worry about personal vehicles or personal gas costs (each van comes with a fuel card).

Please let brother Steven know ASAP, and please remember that your cost for attending is covered. You pay your dues, enjoy
the added bonuses of being in a fraternity and join us in Orlando!

As promised, here is a little bit more information about LI than we discussed earlier today. You can always go to the fraternity's main website and look at the full schedule online if you would like. But, as I said earlier, your chapter has two complimentary registrations left. This information below will  help you, or anyone from you chapter, interested in attending LI learn a little more about the conference and also where to go to register, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at the information below and I would be happy to help in any way that I can.



*         Your chapter has 2 complimentary registrations left so don't miss out on that opportunity! (This does not include transportation.)

*         Location: Orlando, FL

*         Hotel: The Hilton Walt Disney World Resort

*         Conference dates: August 4-7, 2011

*         The cost of the conference is $449 for a quad room. The registration cost includes the hotel, meals, and programming only. Transportation is not included and will need to be arranged by the attending members.

*         It is the largest gathering of DUs each year. There are exciting programs and opportunities to interact with Brothers from around the country that will help you in the future.

*         Attendees will have a free night Friday night to go to the Walt Disney World Parks if they so choose. We are offering tickets to the parks at a discounted rate that can be found on the website.

*         The registration link can be found on the www.deltau.org<http://www.deltau.org> website on the Leadership Institute page.

*         Also, I wasn't sure if you were aware of the pre-conference program that focuses on recruitment. The pre-conference will be held on August 4th from 9:00am until 4:00pm. If this sounds like something you, or anyone from your group, would be interested in attending, go ahead and sign up for it. It will be well worth your time. There are two additional costs associated with the pre-conference which are $50 per registrant for the program and an additional $115 for the extra night in the hotel room.

*         Please register by June 20th to guarantee room reservations!
