Subject: Bobcat Student Orientation Assistance

Hello Everyone,

I hope all is well. I am writing you regarding Bobcat Student Orientation that begins in a week. Beginning next Monday, I would like to get students to work the Greek Life table at Bobcat Student Orientation. The table will need to be manned from 9:30am to 10:45am from Monday Through Friday, July 26 - August 13. There are also two transfer student days on July 22 and 23 from 8:45 - 9:15am, but I will be at both of those so if no one is available, that is fine. This is a great opportunity for us to get in front of incoming students and talk to them about becoming part of Greek Life at Ohio University. Making personal connections is the best way to recruit new members. Please forward this to your chapter brothers and sisters to see if they are interested. It is so much more beneficial for us to have students at the table than it is to just have me there. The link to schedule is located below. Please let me know if you have any questions.
