Subject: IFC CHAPTERS GROUP PICTURE

Gentlemen,

I am emailing you to inform you of the IFC Chapter group picture being taken next week. The executive council and I felt it was important to take such a picture to represent how strong of a community we are at Ohio University. We hope that this picture will be the start of a valuable relationship that will raise awareness of our presence, expand recruitment, and develop a Greek community brotherhood.

Weather permitting, it will be taken on Wednesday April 21st at 5pm right outside of MAMAUD Auditorium. It will only take a few minutes to snap a few pictures. I understand that many of you may have class or other commitments, but I encourage each chapter to send 2-3 representatives (preferably Chapter Presidents, other  Exec members, and leaders) to join us for the photo. EACH REPRESENTATIVE MUST BE WEARING BLOCK LETTERS!!!! (like the letters you can buy at College Bookstore) This is important to have a somewhat traditional and "uniform" image of our community.

This picture will be posted on the IFC website, and with hope the Ohio University homepage as well. Also copies can be made for each of the chapters.

There is no doubt this picture is going to be awesome, so please show up to show your support for our Greek community! Call/text/email me if you have questions or concerns.
