Eric: I don't believe the diamondback terrapin in New York is classified as endangered, threatened, or special concern, although, based on its limited geographic distribution in the state, a classification of at least special concern is warranted.

One of the Reviewer's comments on my paper was to write out all of the states the list terrapins as either endangered, threatened, or species of special concern. I was using the Watters 2004 paper, but it is slightly outdated. I was hoping that the working group members might be able to tell me what the listing status for terrapins is in your state, since I have seen some inconsistencies while searching certain government websites. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
